2018). In this report, the company is undertaken named as TESCO. This company was founded
by Jack Cohen in the year of 1919. They focus on providing wide providing wide variety of
products and services to its customer for satisfying them. The HR manager of TESCO focuses on
providing effective training to its staff for increasing their knowledge which helps in taking
decision during particular phase of time period. This report is carried upon topic “HRM practices
in emerging organisation culture”. Due to covid-19, it imposes negative impact on the
performance level of Tesco. Due to increase in corona virus, the individual person do not spend
their money on product and services which is provided by well-known companies that decrease
profit level in future period of time. Therefore, it is determined as an aspect that imposes direct
impact on the performance or profit level of company which will impose negative impact on the
organisation.
In assistance of this, it has been analysed that improvement in practices related to HRM
providing contribution to improvement in favourable culture of organisation. This also assists
organisation in decreasing the turnover rate of employees and their absenteeism that increases
