Introduction
Human resource management is considered as a practice that assists company to handle
subordinate in an appropriate way. The most appropriate role which is performed by HR
department is offering favourable working culture to its subordinate within organisation. It helps
in encouraging subordinate in enhancing level of productivity during particular phase of time
period. In assistance of this, recruitment and selection is considered as the other functions which
are performed by HR manager to hire talented candidate who have a capability to execute
different task in a favourable manner. It is necessary to offer training session to its new
employees for increasing their skill and knowledge for performing tasks. The HR department
focuses on achieving goals as well as objective in timely manner (Fry, Klages and Venneman,
2018). In this report, the company is undertaken named as TESCO. This company was founded
by Jack Cohen in the year of 1919. They focus on providing wide providing wide variety of
products and services to its customer for satisfying them. The HR manager of TESCO focuses on
providing effective training to its staff for increasing their knowledge which helps in taking
decision during particular phase of time period. This report is carried upon topic “HRM practices
in emerging organisation culture”. Due to covid-19, it imposes negative impact on the
performance level of Tesco. Due to increase in corona virus, the individual person do not spend
their money on product and services which is provided by well-known companies that decrease
profit level in future period of time. Therefore, it is determined as an aspect that imposes direct
impact on the performance or profit level of company which will impose negative impact on the
organisation.
In assistance of this, it has been analysed that improvement in practices related to HRM
providing contribution to improvement in favourable culture of organisation. This also assists
organisation in decreasing the turnover rate of employees and their absenteeism that increases
the productivity level in future period of time. They focus on improving positive mind of
subordinate for performing different task in better way. This helps the organisation in achieving
objectives in stimulated time period. From the given discussion, it has been analysed that
improvement in relation to practices of HRM help in generating favourable working culture and
also assists in retaining them for a longer time period.

This report provides explanation regarding the role of practices related to HRM that help
in generating positive environment within business organisation. In assistance of this, the
assignment has been improved by organising a research on specific topic. The main purpose is
performed by human resource manager of company to handle appropriate relationship among
subordinate and sustain them for longer period of time. The human resource administration helps
company to improve favourable culture within business organisations that help in enhancing
productivity level of Organisation. In addition to this, the HR professor focuses on recruiting and
selecting suitable candidate for organisation who has capability to conduct and execute different
activities in an appropriate manner All this helps business organisation to increase success or
growth at market place. Furthermore, human resource administration offer training to its new
applicant that helps in achieving goal or objective of company in timely manner. It also assists
subordinate to increase productivity for achieving success in future period of time. It is analysed
that offering favourable working atmosphere assists organisation to increase motivation level of
subordinate that imposes favourable impact on productivity at workplace. Moreover, human
resource management focuses on reducing turnover rate of employees and absenteeism through
which they achieve goal and objective in timely manner. From the given discussion, it has been
analysed that improvement in relation to practices of HRM help in generating favourable
working culture and also assists in retaining them for a longer time period.
The current research is organised for increasing the knowledge related to HRM practices that
help in offering favourable working environment to its subordinate. This helps organisation in
making subordinate feel free for executing different activity in an appropriate manner. The
primal issue arise while organising research is an appropriate HR practices that provide support
in generating appropriate working culture. Apart from this, it also provide assistance in assessing
different benefits to company such as enhancement in productivity, retaining subordinate,
employees motivation and also focuses on improving favourable reputation of company in front
at workplace. For this process, it is necessary to improve aim, objective, or question related to
research that offers support to investigator in collecting more and more information related to
research in better way (García-Carmona, 2020). The aim, question and objective related to
research which is going to be mentioned below:
