a project.
Into the business organization, the project manager is responsible to oversee all
the development work of the system and the project manager is also
responsible to assemble the work for management of time as well as resource
control in order to ensure that the project is to be completed on time. The
project manager is responsible to act as project supervisor to motivate as well as
inspire the project team members. The project manager is required knowledge
on the project management software for developing tools.
The project manager is performed the project planning, project assistance as
well as program, portfolio management system as listed below:
In order to develop a project schedule, a project plan is required to ensure that
the project is to be completed in scheduled timeline. Each of the project
activities are allocated with respective resources so that they can perform the
work based on their expertise. The resources are required to develop project
tasks to measure capabilities off each of the project team members.
In order to meet with the project objectives, communication is required in this
