PPPM application system can be described as a tool for organizing the different
activities in the project, which includes planning, scheduling and resource
management. These are certain important aspects of project management and a
portfolio application system helps in documentation of different activities
associated with a project.
It is important to ensure accurate project management in the implementation
phase of the project and therefore it is integral to choose an accurate
application system that will help in easier tracking of the project progress.
In the learning from the previous weeks, I have understood the importance of
program and portfolio management in project delivery. Project management is
an important aspect of project delivery.
Project Portfolio Management is a centralized management process and
methods that helps the project managers in appropriate management of the
issues in the project. The report generated by this system helps in easier
tracking and management of the costs, objectives, resources and the risks
associated a particular project.
The previous weeks’ learning has been quite helpful in managing and analysing
the need for such system in project implementation.
PPPM is a software package that enables the project managers in appropriate
estimation of the project activities and the resource needs of the project.
For accurate management of the application systems, it is needed to find
