The portfolio helped me in understanding the different concepts of project management. It gave me a clear idea of project classification and importance of
organizational change in the project. This week’s learning helped me in understanding the different responsibilities of the project manager and the line
manager. The senior project manager of the team is responsible for monitoring the project progress so that the project is implemented according to the
project plan. I would love to work as a project manager and take the work responsibilities of the project manager in future.
