1. Organisation profile: According to Smartrail world (2018), Public Transport
Victoria (PTV) is responsible for providing and coordinating deals in Public
transport for Victoria and goes under the Department of transportation. The centre
exercises association which includes overseeing open transport establishment and
administration understandings, overseeing system uprightness, executing system
changes, and conveying client centred traveller administrations. It also brings
agencies together from port to fisheries by providing the infrastructure. Its main
aim is to integrate the transport network so everyone’s journey can be safer with the
help of the department of transport it brings transport integration act to life (PTV
2019).
2. Glossary of key change management concepts:

individual or the entire population. Such as educational
programmes, policies, environment or a health campaign.
d. implementation Execution of a method, plan, idea or strategy to implement
change for something with a positive outcome (Smartrail world,
2018).
3. Interventions: Myki Privacy Policy which has already been implemented at PTV.

b. The necessary information is collected for the operation of the ticketing system and
deals with complains and queries of customers regarding ticketing and promotions (NTT
Data, N.d.).

4. Diagnostic model:
a. The most appropriate model for diagnosing this intervention is the Harvard model.
b. Harvard model deals with stakeholder’s interests, HR strategy, HR outcome, Long term
consequences and situational interest (Petit, 2012).
c. The Harvard model acknowledges the presence of various partners inside the organization.
The partners consist of stakeholder’s interests, the strategy used by the organization, the
outcome of the stagey used is a long term consequence of the strategy and situational interest.
This model underscores more on the human/delicate side of HRM. Using this method PTV will
be able to find out the required changes in the functionality of organization and can make
changes in their strategy which would benefit in the long term, This function enables current
situation analysis which keeps on changing time to time so is their outcome and approach can
be improved (Hayes, 2018).
