Issues faced:
The issue that is mainly being faced is the way by which the Box Cloud Storage is to
be used. The major reason lying behind this issue is that this new cloud environment is to be
used by different departments of the organization. There are around 150 employees who
would be using the new technology and they are different capabilities and sharing of the files
would be associated with posing a variety of risks as well.
Relation with the Instructional design
Instructional design which is also known as the instructional system design is the
practice related to the designing, development and delivering of the instructional products as
well as experience in a structural way. The products and the experiences includes digital as
well as physical. This is to be provided in a reliable and consistent way so as to acquisition of
the knowledge in an efficient, appealing, effective way along with engaging and inspiring the
acquisition. This is related to the new initiative of using the Box cloud storage as it helps in
determining the state and the needs of the learner in a broad way. Besides this the process
also helps in providing the definition of the end goals of instruction along with the creation of
interviews so as to assist the transition.
Training design:
The training that are to be designed for the client would be including the
demonstration of free digital training. By using this training, the client can learn the system
for free and this would be an entirely self-paced digital course regarding the Box Cloud
Storage. After this classroom training are also to be included which would be helping in
deepening of the technical skills along with helping them in learning from as accredited Box
Cloud Instructor. This training that is to be provided would be having a time span of 30 days,
