It assists the company to conduct its operation effectively by using this technology during COVID which leads to increase in revenue and productivity. It has disadvantage also such as electronic forgery, privacy breach as well as cybercrimes that might effect the performance addition to reputation of company. This project covers how collaboration tools helped the company to service the current COVID by reducing the physical contract among the participants. Along with that advantages and disadvantage, suitability, application of computing and cloud storage in digitalisation. Moreover, it highlights security as well as privacy challenges and discuss what possible measures could be taken. Further, it explain the benefits or limitation of new private network in Russia. MAIN BODY Collaboration tools Collaboration tools are software programs, apps as well as platforms which helps organisations addition to their employees streamline the innovative process and work with each other in COVID efficiently. Google Docs, Zoom, Slack, Skype, Slack, Microsoft team are some example of collaboration tool. They used tosupport a company, groups and team to complete their specific goal by using these tool for communication and working online(Blaschke, 2018). What are advantages and disadvantages of collaboration tools in general Advantageof collaborating tools is it helps the team members to connect with each other form working with different locations which leads to increasing in productivity. Through sending
emails,andinformationbyusingcollaborationtoolenableemployeestoincreasetheir communication and efficiency in less time. The primedisadvantageof collaboration tool is risk of privacy and security as it functions on cloud so there is huge possibility of loss of data, leakage of private information, cyber crime and many more. Cloud storage Cloud storage is a model of computer data storage in which digital data are stored in cloud. It kept data on internet which helps people to use it in their working in less time which increase their productivity. Advantage-It helps organisation to reduce the challenges of hard drive failure as professionals can assess their data on cloud due to it acts as backup solution for storage on hard drives. The advantage of cloud storage is it is cost effective, easy to use, develop and working with internet. Disadvantage-It is fully dependent on internet access, if organisation have poor network the they have to deal with the issues related data storage, accessing and downloading. Suitability-The major suitability of could storage is it enable business to develop applications and testing their performance with historical data. Applications-It is allow businesses to switch their promises by storing their data in cloud and use it for future working. It also provide various features to recover their lost data, testing for product, big data analysis and store content in their social media account for promotion (Francisco-Menchavez, 2018). Cloud computing Cloud computing is a activities of providing computing services including data base, servers, networking, analytics, storage and many more over internet to flexible resources, improve innovation and achieve economies of scale.
