After that the stakeholders areresponsibletoprovidetheirvaluablefeedbackontheprojectdeliverables.Nextthe governance board will finalise the reviews and recommendations. The availability of resources also channelized through the same structure and agreed to follow the corporate scorecard objectives. In the external part it is essential for Ford Motor Company to put thrust on the government regulations for maintaining the standard of its products. In fact, the market condition and the demand of the customers is also play a crucial role as EEF factor. As a result of that with the help of infrastructure as the external factor and the resources as internal factors Ford tries to plan a project and ensures its success. On the other hand, the PEST analysis is focused on the macro environmental analysis which identifies the external factors affecting or influencing the business practice of an organisation. PEST analysis deals with the political, economic, social and technological aspect that shapes the organisational practices of an organisation (Aithal, 2016).
