164, 196 billion. The electronics engineering department of ford aims to deliver large number of
electrical system1. This particular department comprises of around 740 staff resources that come
up electrical teams.
Evaluation of internal and external factors and their impact on Project
Management Process
There are mainly three important factors of internal factors like
Budget: In business of Ford Motors, lack of money can easily result in understanding the
overall survival.
Corporate Culture: The present internal culture of the organization comprises of values,
priorities and attitudes of the life of every person2. Culture is the employee competes with the
colleagues that are needed for much different and more toxic.
There are many factors like external which can affect the overall economy of the
organization like
Economy: In the instance of bad economy organization might not be able to survive
anyhow. In most of the cases, it is not possible to have control of the economy but is all about
having an understanding concerning threats and opportunities.
