This research proposal aims to investigate the integration of mobile technologies with education for nursing students through e-learning. The proposal addresses the limitations of current m-learning activities, such as ineffective activities, underdeveloped skill development abilities, and elevated cognitive loads. The research will explore the potential of mobile academic electronic medical record systems, instant messaging systems, and cloud computing to enhance nursing education. The proposed methodology involves data gathering, literature review, data analysis, comparative assessment, and identifying strengths and weaknesses of existing solutions. The expected outcomes include effective inclusion of mobile phones in personalizing m-learning, improving the educational experience of students, providing independence to learning, and managing the education system through cloud computing.
