The authoritative culture of Apple is one ofprogress; with the drive to beat and prevail as their significant goals. The authoritativestructure of the organization has additionally changed to be more focused in a basiccrossroads in the organization's history. Apple is experiencing a noteworthy rebuilding torecover control of its operations and funds keeping in mind the end goal to remain focused onthe worldwide market. Integration of Business ModulesIntroduction There are several types of changes which the organizations come across at differentstages of business. Internal managerial problems, significant changes in organizationalstructure, technology upgrade or technological advancements etc are a major part oforganizational changes (Gabriel, 2015). On the other hand, strategic changes are differentfrom other types of change as they have an impact on each level of the company. Thus,strategic change can be described as the specific changes that are included in the firm’sstrategy defined by synergy, competitive advantages, resource deployments and scope. Inother words, strategic change can be said to be a way or method to change vision andobjectives of the company to acquire greater business success (White et al., 2016).Implementation of strategic change requires lot of knowledge, effort and planning and thus,there are many managerial issues that arise in the process of implementation. The leaders ormanagers who are responsible for strategic change implementation should mainly consideremployee behaviour and the organizational culture (Ali Naghibi and Baban, 2011)The main purpose of the essay is to discuss the strategic changes that have occurred ina specific global organization and what are the impacts on the stakeholders and theorganization has also been discussed. Today, Apple Inc is verypopular in many countries and the concept of Apple is “Imperfect makes improvement”. Some of the popularApple products are iPhones, iPad, Mac Computers etc. In order to be successful globally,Apple Inc has considered and implemented several strategic changes in their organization toachieve their business goals and objectives. The mission statement of Apple Inc clearlydefines the wide range of products and services provided by the company and exhibit aunique and single core value – “Superiority”. Apple Inc aims to be the best in global marketsand thus, in this way they outperform their global competitors.
