Intellectual Property Agricultural Law 3
Introduction
Northern Beaches Council is a local government area located in the region of Sydney
which was established to help in the property law. The most common area of specialization is
real property guided by Real property act 1859. Whenever an individual or an organization like
Belrose wants to put up a structure then the Northern Beaches Council has a set of requirements
that have to be met to ensure that the right standards have been adhered to (Ahmari & Zhang,
2012). For the sake of this report, I gained access to Belrose in Sydney information and
Northern Beaches Council from which a better part of my report has been drawn from.
Findings
The purpose of the construction which has to be conducted is a Residential premise
where the houses that will be created will be used for residential purposes by people. The owner
of the project wants it to have spacious, modern and a variety of houses that can meet the
demand of families in the twenty-first century.
The anticipated cost of the entire project $ 25 000 000 to $ 49 999 999. All the operations
which have to be done from the time the project starts to the time the project comes to an end
should be financed from this budget. All appropriate fittings are also included. Things like
electricity, water, and heating systems will be included in the house (Lazar, 2018). When a
contractor starts working on this project they are expected to deliver the complete project within
agreed time limits and at the cost which has been budgeted for. Appropriate budgeting has been
done to ensure that no excess expenditure is incurred and the project aims at getting the
maximum benefit from this budgetary allocation.
