Abstract:
The preliminary report has been evaluated for the Australian Federal
Government where the advantages of the intelligent enterprise design and
Enterprise Information Architecture Reference Architecture (EIA RA) has been
used for developing a national E-Government system. The report has
discussed about the importance of the Intelligent Enterprise design and how
it helps to enhance the system of the connected government by offering new
technological advancement in the government organizations. The business
vision for the Australian Federal Government has been discussed in respect
of the future intelligent E- Government system. Two example functions have
been explained for evaluating the benefits of the evolving system. The
benefits of an EIA RA approach have been discussed and which can provide
to guide development of an E- Government system along with the benefited
of the system.
