Introduction
Culture is a very important area that needs to be focused when it comes to
communication between group diversity. It can be called as a system that consists
of values, beliefs, behavior and communication patterns that are showcase by the
people belong to the same group. Cultural diversity refers to a mixture of people
belong to different diversities or different regions. It can also be called as people of
different cultures working together in an organization. Obviously, there are cultural
differences that create an impact on different factors like attitudes, language,
clothing and tradition. Many differences can be seen by the culture as they have
different morality concepts and the way they communicate and interact with the
environment is also different (Cappellini, 2015).

There is a big impact on the communication when it comes to diversity in the
organization. Communication plays a very important role as it helps in making the
other understand what a person wants to say. They convey their thoughts with the
help of signs and symbols, and it is also a part of communication (Weng, 2015). As
we have discussed, culture is known as an integrated system of behaviors, beliefs,
values and communication patterns that are shared by a common group of people.
Intercultural communication is affected when a person makes assumptions about
the culture of another. In a situation when people are divided into different social
groups as per their culture and co-culture then they start looking at the same
direction but have different point of view and these perceptions impacts their
communication. The differences due to the culture can hamper the communication
and coordination in an organization. People belong to different cultures have
different assumption regarding other people and they are not clear about the
correct way to communicate and coordinate in the organization (Nair-Venugopal,
2015). This has become an integral part of work environment in an organization to
understand the way of communicating effectively with the people belong to
different cultures.
Managers who are responsible to regulate grouped assortment ought to be sensitive
to social differences that can add to the reasonability in various correspondence.
Multifaceted correspondence incorporates a couple of potential deterrents to
correspondence that are related to the use of verbal and non-verbal strategies to
pass on suggestions that may conceivably be the comparable in the lifestyle of
origin of the individuals. Such messages that is passed on, maybe not equivalent to
the one that was normal taking into account social preventions. Usage of different
languages as often as possible makes impediment to correspondence since one or
the different sides are not articulate as they could be in their nearby tongue.
Phonetic grouped assortment is a noteworthy piece of overall conventional
assortment. It is really a challenging for employees as well as management to work
with the people that does not share common language (Lauring, 2012).
Cultural diversity is really a factor that impacts communication in the
organization. Multiple problems occur when there are people belong to different
cultures as people use to assume things in their own cultural way and are the right
