2INTERFACE USABILITY Introduction The case study that is used for making the interaction system of is a small farm shop that wants to make its selling process online. This design is particularly made for the shop where all the selling of the products will be done online that the client demands. This helps the shop to cut the cost of making a good front end store for the customer can buy the products (Gkatzidou et al., 2015). The application of “Local Farm Shop” helps the users as they can buying their daily commodities online and the products they will offer is fresh that is delivered in no time by the local shops delivery boys. The application has the possibility to sell various types of products from daily needs products to wine, beverages, groceries, as well as gift products. The application also provides a feature of booking table from a restaurant or book a banquet for function. The interface that is designed is user friendly and is a safe application to use. Discussion on the Interface Design Targeted users- The targeted users are the local customers who are to be involved with the system of that is designed for the local farm shop (Hong, Tam & Yim, 2016). Since, the shop will maintain all its customers in the local area, so the users who are targeted for using the application is the local users. Design principles influencing application design- There are many design principles that are to be followed while making the design of an application (Aykin, 2016). Out of which the purpose of the application and a proper communication is to be established in between the user of the application. This design of the “Local Farm Shop” fulfills all such design principles. The components of the interface that addressed the design principles is
3INTERFACE USABILITY that the customer can contact the shop owner if they face any difficulty in purchasing phase. Usability goals- This goal includes to fulfill the requirement of user. This actually states about how the user uses the interface for the purpose of buying. The usability goals are to be made clear while designing an interface (Akiki, Bandara & Yu, 2014). The interface which is designed for the “Local Farm Shop” satisfies all the usability goals that are needed to design this prototype. The customer needs to use the interface design properly for ordering a product from the shop as well as book a restaurant or banquet. The pages in the interface enables the user to navigate from one page to another with ease. User experience goals- The user experience of the user is basically the experience of the user that is faced in using the application. The application of the “Local Farm Shop” provides a smooth user experience (Wang, 2017). The users are given instruction about what to do next for proceeding with the booking or buying a particular item form the shop. So, overall the user experience is fully satisfied by the interface that is designed. Positivities and negativities of the design application- The positivity that the design interface provides is that the users or the customers are guided through attractive pictures as well as discounts that the customers can avail for buying a product or booking a restaurant or banquet (Li & Xue, 2018). The negativity that this design gives the users is that if the user is not in that locality, the shop cannot provide service for them. As the shop is a small one and provides service only in a certain circle area. So, the customers of other region cannot avail their service. Designed prototype provides best solution for the Local Farm Shop- This designed prototype is the best prototype for the local farm shop. This is because it shows all the

4INTERFACE USABILITY features that a shop needs to go online and provides user efficient experience for the service. Conclusion The attractive feature that the design propose is to give offers to the loyal customers with the purchasing they are proceeding. The design of the interface provides the customer with surety that the product will be delivered very soon to the customers. The customers can avail the service of restaurant from this application that makes the system more efficient. Design principles of the organization provides the user with perfect design of the application that will help the user to fulfill their purpose. There are usability goals that rea clearly stated with the design interface along with goals of user experience. The positivities as well as negativities of the application are described with a justification about why this design application is perfect for the farm shop.
