INTRODUCTION
International Business can be basically described as the process which supports the
company in order to have deep understanding and better knowledge about the various factors and
also the culture of the various individuals. It generally helps in paying emphasis on the
implementation of the new ideas which basically supports in achieving greater results in the
future. The present report basically focuses on analysing the influence of international culture of
the company.

Reflective Statement about the regional cultures
When a organization is changing their countries, it basically leads to evolution of
different practices for the objective to achieve optimum results. In addition to that, I have clearly
understood the organizational culture in a better way. The main objective is to use the right
models and techniques for the purpose to have deep understanding about the culture. Also, I have
critically evaluated every dimension in a effective manner and also realised that there are
different ethics and values which are generally implemented by the company in order to achieve
objectives and goals in the marketplace (Morgan and Pritchard, 2019). In context to the
organization, the company has basically enhanced variety of things through which they are able
to offer good quality services to the consumers and can also create a value base in the market.
Due to nationality and borders, the culture is rapidly changing and it generally comprises of

ethics and beliefs that are evolving with the market scenario. Also, I have evaluated that the
company offer equal opportunities to each and every person and constantly plan targets and
objective which they basically want to achieve in the market. In addition to that, I have analysed
that Trompenaars culture in the cultural model basically suggests that the culture of people and
organizations could totally affect each other in a harsh way. The company has put much
emphasis on creation of the different changes in the organization. Also, I realised that a person or
employee becomes more settled down when they are able to communicate with various
individuals who generally belongs from different cultures and backgrounds. Moreover, it is very
important for the company to study the market structure in a effective manner that will support
them in achieving better results in the market (Rees and Smith, 2021). Also, I have studied
regarding the local culture which comprises of different behaviour sets which comprises of
values and beliefs which is been implemented and resides in particular country. In addition to
that, various new technologies have been implemented by the company for the purpose to offer
services and products to the consumers. Also, it helps in creating influence on the employee
motivation level. With the help of boosting up confidence, it results in achievement of targets.
During the time of internationalisation, the company has gone through various changes because
of differences in surroundings in company. It is very important for the organization to pay
emphasis on the mentality and behaviour of the people belonging to borders. The mindset of
people could create a impact on the business operations to greater extent which could create a
influence on the revenue generation and company’s profitability. People are required to behave
in an efficient way so that combined aims and objectives could be achieved in an effective
manner. Also, during my working in Deloitte, I got the chance to work with different types of
employees who belongs to different countries, beliefs and values that resulted in poor
coordination. Furthermore, in order to overcome these issues, I have developed different policies
and strategies which have to followed strictly by each person for the objective to overcome the
working of company (Pizam and Tasci, 2019).
Various Decisions have been formulated by the employee’s involvement so that the
company could implement creative and innovative ideas due to decreased diversity. I always
tried to involve myself in different group projects so I could have better interaction and
communication with employees in regards to the project which also improved my knowledge in
