Reflective statement about the regional cultures
With the changing countries the organisation can evolve their practices to achieve better
result in the market (Braun, 2019). I have understood the culture of various organisation in an
effective manner. The major focus is to use the new techniques and models in order to
understand the culture. I have evaluated every dimension. There are new values and ethics which
is implemented by the organisation in order to achieve various goals and objectives in the
market. In relation to Delloite they have enhanced various things through which they are able to
provide better services to the customers and they have also created the true value base in the
market. This is the type of cultures which is beyond national borders. It is the set of beliefs and
ethics which is been evolving with the changing scenario in the market. I have evaluated
Delloite provide equal opportunity to every individual which is been in the region. Delloite plan
their objectives and targets which they want to achieve in the market. I have analysed
Trompennars culture in this cultural model which suggests that the culture of different
individuals affect one another in a significant manner. Delloite follow each and every rule while
expanding their business in multiple regions. They have focused on creating various changes in
the workplace. I have understood that the individual could become more comfortable when they
are able to communicate with different persons which is from different backgrounds and
cultures. The organisation needs to study the market structure in a better way which will help
them to achieve better results in the market. I have studied about the local culture in which there
are various set of behaviours in which the beliefs and values which is been implemented that is

exist in the particular country. There is new technology which is been used by the organisation in
order to provide better products and services to the customers. I have analysed the role of
performance it creates the significant impact on the morale of the employees. They are able to
boost the confidence and the targets can be also achieving in the market. During
internationalisation organisation underwent various changes due to differences in the business
environment. It is necessary to focus on the behaviours and mentality of an individuals which are
followed in international boundaries in order to achieve success. I have analysed various changes
in organisational culture due to differences in behaviours and cultures of different countries.
Thinking pattern of individuals in other countries affect the operations to great extent which
create impact on the profitability and revenue generation of an organisation. It is required to
behave in proper manner in an organisation so that collective goals can be accomplished in
appropriate manner. I have worked with diversified individuals during working in Deloitte, who
prefer different values and believes which results in poor coordination. In order to overcome
these problems, we have developed particular strategies and policies which have to be followed
by each and every individual in order to commence operations.
Decisions are formulated by the involvement of every employee so that organisation can
gather innovative and creative ideas due to increased diversity(Gallardo-Gallardo, Thunnissen,
and Scullion, 2020). Are used to involve myself in group projects so that I can better
communicate and interact with the different employees regarding project which enhanced my
knowledge in positive manner. It develops better understanding towards each other which is
essential for growth and development. It was initially difficult for me to understand different
languages and cultures which results in delay of operations. But in later stages, I have developed
understanding by taking participations in group activities. In this manner, we have collectively
accomplished goals and targets by coordinating each other at every stage. I have used proper
planning so that I can analyse threats and challenges which can be minimised with the help of
appropriate strategies and planning. It provides better outcomes and results which assist overall
organisation in improving their sustainability rate in international market. I have also evaluated
briefly the new and evolving conditions of the market. The culture and ethics will help to make
the organisation work in a better way and they can diversify their business operations in multiple
regions. The use of various models will certainly help to enhance the culture of the organisation
and understand the weak points in a significant manner. I have also understand that the use of

techniques is also viable for the organisation it will help them to gain focus on various things and
they could become more sustainable for the future conditions. There are better results which can
be achieved by the organisation. I have also understand the effective process which is been
implemented by the organisation it will help them to function better and they could attain the
desired objectives in the market.

Due to the changing marketing conditions most of the organisation has implemented the
teams to carry out the necessary tasks and complete various duties and responsibilities in an
effective manner (Jain, Jain, and Metri, 2018). They can adapt towards new technology to
overcome and minimise certain barriers. They can subsequently communicate with the new
learnings with the online platforms to carry out the desired goals and objectives in the market.
Most of the technological tools will help the teams to attain their targets at a rapid pace and they
can communicate with each other and work in a uniformed manner to provide the quality
products and services to the customers. For example, after the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic
the organisation like Tesco give various facilities to their staff. The employees can work from
their home and perform different tasks and duties in an effectively. There are many employees
which are working in the remote areas the main focus is to complete their tasks and the
organisation leaders collaborate with them in order to help the team achieve global success in the
future. The organisation has carried out their operations an provide the quality services and
goods to the customers.
Critically discussing about the success and failures of the global virtual team
The success of the team depends on various factors the leaders collaborate with the team
in an effective manner in order to help them in various areas. They are also able to attain the
goals and objectives in the market (John, and Lawton, 2018). The critical factors for the success
of the team is been described below:
 Availability of Technology – The organisation could heavily invest in the technology
and use new technological tools which will help them to attain success in the future.
There are multiple necessary skills which is been used by the individuals in order to
attain the objectives which is been set by the management. For example, the organisation

like Sainsbury's is invested heavily in technology and help the candidates with the new
technological tools to carry out the tasks effectively (Romani, and et.al 2018). The
leaders also motivate the employees to work more and help them to improve their overall
skills and capabilities. This will certainly help the employee to achieve success and the
organisation could become more profitable in the market.
 Selection of the team members – The organisation needs to select the members on the
basis of their skills and capabilities and their previous performance in the workplace. The
virtual team faces unique challenges and the members of the team needs to work
proactively which will help them to emphasize on different things (Khan, and et.al 2020).
The employees needs to be collaborative in using the new technological tools through
which they are able to perform their duties.
 Principles of engagement – This is one of the biggest driver which help the virtual team
to attain success and achieve the desired targets which is analysed by the management.
The employees needs to become more engaged in attaining the shared goals. The team
leaders also needs to take the feedbacks form the team towards their objectives and
identify the areas in which they are lacking. They need to feel engaged with the help of
various activities and carry out the assigned tasks properly. The objectives needs to be
planned with the effective timeline and the process could be implemented in order to
attain the goals.
 Supportive top management – The management needs to become more supportive in
every manner in which the organisation should support the team and provides the
flexibility in performing different duties and responsibilities. The organisation needs to
draw the hierarchical structure in which there are various decisions which needs to be
taken properly (Knein, and et.al 2020). For example, the management of Morrisons is
supportive in every manner they provide the right path to the employees through which

employees and make them more efficient towards various activities which needs to be carried out
in the future.
Factors which will affect the Global Virtual team and affect their success and they fail in
getting the results
The factors which can affect the operations of the global virtual team and the organisation
could face negative impact in the market it is been described below:
 Inadequate technology – This is one of the major factor most of the individuals which is
been working in the remote areas does not the right technological tools to carry out the
possible results which is been set by the management. They feel in the short term goals
and the organisation needs to face various disadvantages in the market. The organisation
can also loose their grip and the other competitors could provide better services and
products to the customers (Koponen, Julkunen, and Asai, 2019). The organisation needs
to invest in the technology this will help the team to achieve success in the market. They
can also expand their business in multiple regions and enhance the overall sales in
industry. There are multiple opportunities on which the organisation is able to capitalise
in the market with the new evolving market conditions.
 Conflicts while working in the team – This is the crucial factor which is been affecting
the performance of the organisation. The thinking perspective of every individual is been
different from each other (Picciotto, 2020). Due to this there are various conflicts which
might arise and create a barrier for the organisation. For example, Tesco is one of the
largest supermarket chain which provides various products and services to the customers.
In order to minimise the conflicts the organisation the perspective of each individual.
Every employee which is been working in the organisation can share their thoughts and
help the organisation to attain the goal in the market.
Implementing the Tuck man Theory
The strategic planning framework is the tool which help the organisation to identify their

 Forming – This is the first stage in Tuckman theory in this the organisation prepares the

manner and with good intentions (Kot, Haque, and Baloch, 2020). The members needs to
be provided the technological tool in the virtual team which will help them to achieve
success in the market. There are multiple factors which needs to be set it includes
timeline, project goals and the individual skills and capabilities. While working in the
virtual team the employees could face various challenges which needs to be overcome by
them. This is the important stage in which the vision and goals needs to be clear. If the
organisation is planned to expand their business in different regions. The culture could
create various differences between the team it needs to be identified properly. The
organisation also needs to taken the considerations while forming the team which can
help them attain better results.
 Storming – This is the stage in which the main objective of the employees is to achieve
the goal. The completion of the project is important for them and there are various areas
which can be improved by them. While managing the virtual team the organisation need
to identify the needs of every individual and various concerns which can affect their
performance and growth in the market (Kotabe, and Helsen, 2022). The organisation
needs to provide them with strong guidance through which they are able to perform their
duties and tasks and fulfil the goals. There are various conflicts which can arise in the

workplace.
 Norming – This is the stage in which the employees tends to settle down and work
together in an effective manner. There is the process which is been implemented by the
management through which there is established of healthy working environment. Global
virtual teams needs to focus entirely on the objectives which needs to be attained by
them.
 Performing – This is the stage in which the individuals perform their desired duties and
tasks. Most of the individuals works in a coordinated manner and the leaders can use
certain techniques to make them more motivated towards the attainment of the goals
(Luthans, and Doh, 2018). The orders which is been given to the employees needs to be
followed by them in order to enhance the business operations and they can work

according with the high morale. In the virtual team most of the candidates needs the path
to work in the cohesive manner. There are various strategies which could be implemented
by them to become more active towards their responsibilities. The virtual teams could
perform if they are provided with right technologies there are new advantages which can
be attained by them in a appropriate manner.
 Adjourning – This is the stage in which the team is been adjourned for a specific period
of time. In the future the organisation to regroup the candidates and the necessary tasks is
been provided to them which they can complete in order to achieve great results in the
future (Machlis, and Tichnell, 2019). The management creates a positive experience on
