maintain the professional credentials such as formal coursework that leads to academic degrees,
attending the conferences and the opportunities for the informal learning that is situated in
practice.
• It is term that is used in the reference to the wide variety of the formal education, specialized
training, advanced professional training and improving the professional, knowledge, skills,
competency, effectiveness and skills.
• Future Job opportunities is defined as the opportunities that are available for working in the different
types of roles and jobs, which is along with the information that is about the required skills.
• These developments enhances the career in formal learning that includes activities such as
attending seminars and conferences.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF SENIOR
FINANCE ANALYST
• I have seen in the advertisement made by Nike about the roles and responsibilities that the
Senior Financial Analyst for the North American Brand Management requires for working with
team of marketing for managing and reporting on the Brand marketing Investment.
• In case if I am selected then I have to work as the strategic finance partner to the senior
leadership that is within North America Marketing Group that ensures the accountability with
assisting them for identifying effective and efficient ways for investing the resources.
• The assistance is required in processes od long-term planning by helping for ensuring the
necessary funding of the strategic priorities.
• Participation will be required in budget development and monthly forecasts incorporating
strategic business objectives followed by the tracking the progress through financial analysis.

• If I am selected then I have to produce the relevant management reporting
as well as analytical tools for monitoring monthly, quarterly as well as
quarterly progress that are against the targets and budgets that includes
updated and new reporting for the more effective understanding the
performance.
• Moreover, participation is also required in the monthly and quarterly close
process that includes doing journal entries, loading and preparing cost center
forecasts and the development of the insights as well as actionable variance
commentary.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR FULFILLING ROLES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Technical Skills: Under this, skills are required for PowerPoint and advanced skills.
Moreover, proficiency is required of intermediate level in using the Outlook and MS Word.
Further, knowledge relating to different Nike reporting systems that includes SAP and BW
is required. Moreover, I have seen in the requirement that there is also the requirement of
ability of the candidate for creating the reports as well as presentations for the senior
leadership and organizational counterparts. Lastly, bachelor degree of accounting,
finance or the business related field is required with this 4years experience is also
required in financial analysis or accounting or advanced degree in and experience of 3
years is required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability is required for developing high-profile, collaborative
and influential relationship across the functions and teams.

communications skills are required. Further, there is the requirement of the
ability for passing the background check.
• Team Work Skills: Under this, I have seen in the requirement that the
