INTRODUCTION
Personal development is defined as those activities that helps in improving identity,
awareness, developing potential, talents, building human capital, facilitating employability,
enhancing quality of life and contributing towards realisation of aspirations and dreams
(Agafonova, Bryukhova and Kaigorodov, 2015). Similarly, professional development means to
learn in order to earn professed credentials such as attending conferences, informal learning,
coursework and so on. These both are important for individual to develop themselves in order to
perform activities and operations. Personal and professional development helps to enhance skills
and knowledge of individual. The main purpose of report is to prepare career development plan
in order to identify potential skills and qualifications that are required to progress so that
individual as well as organisation goal and objectives can be attained. For getting place or jobs,
different tools are used by candidates are discussed in report. It has also covered CV of person
that identify all relevant information, skills and so on.

In order to progress in potential skills and qualification, career development plan is
prepared (Coventry, Maslin‐Prothero and Smith, 2015). This is defined as written list of long as
well as short term goals which employees have to pertain for their current and future jobs and
planning informal & formal experiences to helps in achievement of goals. CDP of individual is
