Introduction
International law mainly constitutes under two division which
are public and private global regulations. The former regulates
communication among different member states on issues like
legislation of warfare and nursing of envoys. After mid 20th
century it has governed certain aspect as manner in which
each state treats their people. On other hand latter is different
from former law, it majorly governs affairs related to dealings
and conflicts between private individuals. For instance, foreign
trading quality, global alternative legislation regulation and
degree to enforce international rulings of tribunal.
