able to make the most of the supply chain demands in a proper and efficient manner. The
decision of the management of the company to enter the Russian and the Kazakhstan markets
has been mainly because of the great market for the different kinds of the nutrition products.
The entry mode of the company is highly meaningful choice as because it has selected a
developed and a partially developed market for its growth.
The company has decided to enter the market via the use of the equity mode which
enables the company to launch its fully owned subsidiary in the business market and also by
forming joint ventures with some local Russian company to expand themselves in the
Russian market. The use of the air freight services will be used to transport the products from
