Introduction
 International Management refers to the management of business operations where the
organization is performing operations in several markets or more than one country.
 It requires extra skills and knowledge because of the complexity of business operations.
 It also requires a demand for extensive knowledge of local conditions and adaptability.

International management
 In today's global world, it is found in the organization that they are continuously focusing
on increasing business in other Nations because of the expansion and growth of the
company.
 Globalization provides many opportunities for the organization to grow their business but
it also provides many complexities to the organization because of different cultures.

Influence of national and organisational
culture on business operations
 The differences in the national and organizational culture of a company provide an impact
on business operations.
 Generally, provides a negative impact on business operations because it becomes very
difficult for an organization to operate in a different culture.
 There are many complexities occurred due to the different cultures.

Hofstede’s cultural dimension
 Power distance: By compare ring the power
distance of these four countries that becomes
very shocking that every country is different
from the other in the case of power distance.
It is found that China is believing that
inequalities among people are acceptable. In
the case of France, a few degrees of inequality
are acceptable in society.

China is found to be a highly collective
culture in which people are found to be an
interesting group. But in the case of France,
it is found that they are an individualist
society. It is similar in the case of South
Africa and the United State.

be accepted ambiguity because the
languages are full of ambiguous meanings

 It can be concluded from the above presentation that an organisation is required to
achieve its goals and objectives but they require effective international management. For
effective international management, it becomes very necessary to make sure about
identifying and analysing the culture of different nations.
