INTRODUCTION
Air pie which is a well-established fast food restaurant in UK, but
due to market saturation they wish to expand their business to
Japan and USA.
They have to face cultural differences because of entrance into
new market segment, therefore management have to understand
the cultural implications.
Hofstede Model is implemented to study cultural differences.
Air pie have to understand the importance of self Awareness and
Sensitivity of culture diversity.

ORGANISATION CULTURE
Organisational culture refers to the collection of policies,
values and principles that are followed by company
institution.
Every employee have to adopt such culture in order to
accomplish final aims and objectives.
Air Pie is a restaurant running in UK but they are willing to
shift their operations to USA or Japan due to market
saturation.
