INTRODUCTION
 International management of a business is the
management of that business and its operations in the
different countries in which it operates.
 In this project the organizational culture of the different
countries will be highlighted.
 This project will discuss the organizational culture in
countries such as Brazil, South Africa, Germany and
Shanghai.

ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN
INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT
 Organization culture for a company is one of the most important
aspect of the business as it allows the business in to underlying the
assumptions and values of its belief and helps in interacting with the
special features within the company such as social environment and
psychological environment of the company.
 The culture of the organization may also include the decision-
making of the employee which ultimately decides the performance
of the company.
 The culture of the organization is a factor that can even affect the
profit of the organization.
