aspect of the business as it allows the business in to underlying the
assumptions and values of its belief and helps in interacting with the
special features within the company such as social environment and
psychological environment of the company.
The culture of the organization may also include the decision-
making of the employee which ultimately decides the performance
of the company.
The culture of the organization is a factor that can even affect the
profit of the organization.
