INTRODUCTIONInternational resort management plays an important role in the market. This is because; itassists in enhancing knowledge and skills of the business which helps in generating high revenueand profits. Further, it also helps to build international relationship through performing differentactivities and actions which make successful operations at workplace. Present report is based onSt. Mellion International Resort which is luxury hotel and provides excellent services in differentareas of the world. In the context, management of company is not effective which negativelyaffects the operations of the firm. Hence, conflicts take place at the workplace. To overcome theissues of the company, present report specify managerial issues which creates problems inoperation and development of the resort. Furthermore, it also focusses on recommendations toencourages employee to enhance their revenue and overcome problems. Literature reviewSpecific managerial issuesAs per the view of Walton, 2014, in St. Mellion International Resort managers have lackof experience and qualifications. Thus, they fail to deal with different problems so that reputationof the company is decreases. Due to this reason, poor record keeping take place which affect thecompany’s performance. This is because, meetings and financial statement are not properlymaintain at workplace so it creates issue in the organisation (Walton, 2014). However, Frochot,and Batat, 2013, stated that in the company there are no trained managers so that betterunderstanding and cooperation not take place. Thus, it also affects the relationship of employeeand employer. Hence, rental fees need to be reduced at the workplace which create impact on thecompany. In addition to this, it also generates effects on maintenance or proper understandingamong various members (Frochot and Batat, 2013). Lack of maintenance and impropercommunication can also reduce proper services which is provided by the organisation todifferent customer. Another managerial issue is occurs at workplace that is rules and regulationswhich not effectively and positively solved by company. Mok, Sparks and Kadampully, 2013,said that rules of manager also reduce sustainability of workers to deals with proper outcomesand operations. Further, HUANG, 2014, argued that budget plan and general meeting of the company arenot regular and proper which creates problems in expanding business operations in new areas. In1

international market, other owners can be refuse to make operations when the company not haveproper information. Hence, high investment requires at workplace of St. Mellion InternationalResort so that manager can expand their operations and functions in international areas.Thereafter, other issue take place all information which are essential for customer (HUANG,2014). As per the view of Yang, Luo and Law, 2014, customer are not getting proper informationwithin the chosen enterprise that can be assist to create awareness regarding enterprise. Forexample, arrival and checkout time. In addition to this, other issue also occur that is long-termplan which not effectively making by company. This is because, at workplace there is problem oflack of proper information regarding owner and residents around the world. Hence, they cannoteasily protect their business environment to take initiatives at workplace regarding operationalplan (Yang, Luo and Law, 2014).Apart from this, in the company structure and standard is not properly work so that it alsocreate problem to perform effectively at workplace. According to Eigen and Litwin, 2014,qualified managers need to be respective as a professional who can make proper structure andhigh standard in whole company for achieving goals and objectives. It also reduces supply ofcompetent managers that are needed to perform functions properly. Moreover, well system ofcompany is fail so that in maintenance and improper understanding among employees which canalso hamper to deals with situation (Eigen and Litwin, 2014). However, Amans, Mazars-Chapelon and Villesèque-Dubus, 2015 stated that in St. Mellion International Resort lack oftransmission of knowledge which can creates problems with new administrator and managers.Therefore, Competent manager need to get proper experience to deals with different situations ofcompany. Thus, management of company require knowledge of policies and regulations whichneed to be direct to employee at workplace. Inexperience can hamper to business performanceswhen proper training is not take place in the cited firm (Amans, Mazars-Chapelon andVillesèque-Dubus, 2015). Sen, Kandpal and Tinani, 2014, argued that management of companies can also adopt fordevelopment of business through managing activities and actions. This is because, in the chosenenterprise there is no management of activities and functions. When standard of St. MellionInternational Resort are maintains, successful plan can be implements which build scare supplyand high demand of products and services of the organisation.
