international. This might have been done through importers or by directly acquiring a factory in a
growing industry. It employs a staged approach to internationalization, meaning the firm expands
in phases. Internationalization may become a goal simply because top executives see their rivals
doing something (Antoniazzi and Barra, 2021). Especially when worldwide distribution is
related to a variety of positive outcomes, such as increased work and personal reputation.
Basically Internationalization is also appealing since governments worldwide are lowering tariffs
and reducing trade barriers. Internationalization allows businesses to diversify their activities and
minimize the consequences of demand declining in several locations (Bairagi and Munot, 2019).

According to the Rienda & et. al., (2020), revealed that internationalization is aids in
the development of "international traits" in learners that are desired in a globalized trade, such as
regional & global mindedness & openness, second language skills, suppleness of thought,
intolerance, & compassion for others. This occurrence also fosters ethical commitment, allowing
students to reflect on their visual &verbal convictions while also cultivating a feeling of duty
&civic involvement. Though globalization of media industry has received a lot of favorable
attention, & this process offers a wealth of advantages for postsecondary learning, it also comes
with a lot of dangers, obstacles, &controversy (Bresler and Stake, 2017). A number of talks
have taken place in various nations about the approaches, &even the good &bad elements. It has
been pointed out in these talks that far too many initiatives have privileged colleges in the West
