interview has been conducted for collecting data for the research. Data has been properly
interpreted in the report. Various tables, graphs and charts have been utilized for showing up
collected data. Analysis of data has been done properly. The main findings of research revolve
around the positive impact of implementation of the Internet of Things in households. There
have been proper results obtained which has been justifying objectives set initially. A proper
conclusion has been drawn from the research which has been reflecting the justification of the
research. There have been some recommendations provided for better usage of the Internet of
Things in households. A reflection has been drawn from the whole research which will show all

P: Well, I am using certain devices which are connected to Internet. Surely, my smartphone
(Smiles). I have a smart refrigerator, computer and a tablet.
I: Are you concerned about security in your IoT devices?
P: Look, I use my devices just to obtain services from it. For example, I use my smart phone
calling, social media surfing and other internet surfing. So, I am not so much concerned with
security in my smart devices as it is working properly and no such security issues have been
faced till now.
I: Do you change or update your password on regular basis?
P: Well, I do not concern with changing or updating password on regular basis.
I: Are you using any type of security products for protecting your IoT devices?

getting various benefits to form the usability of the internet of things at their home. There has
been an enhancement in the lifestyle of customers at their home. The usability of smart devices
as households have helped in gaining proper services from these IoT smart devices. However,
there is a requirement of awareness among individuals regarding the usability of smart devices as
households. The study depicted that there has been low awareness among individuals regarding
the usability of IoT in households. However, there have been several security threats experienced
by IoT devices at home. The utilization of IoT has been expanded with every day angles. Keen
gadgets have been gathering various kinds of information and data from the earth. These sensors
have been helping in gathering information and data from nature. Savvy gadgets have been

mentioned in the interview, people are not looking for buying any smart home in recent years.

households. I have used previous studies to gain and gather knowledge and information related

I have gone through many journals that are related to the research methodologies which has
helped me in gaining knowledge regarding several impacts of methods to be used in the study.
However, I felt that survey might be a better option for the collection of data including interview.
