INTRODUCTION
Internship reflection are referring as to the paper which have all information by following
basic essay structure which allow for the basic description of internship and it will explain how
my experience helped in order to achieved the goal (Degenhardt, 2020). Also, it is helped for
contributing for the organisation which and its experience for professional as well as personal
growth. The report is based on internationalisation theoretical framework which are including
three model such as the Uppsala internationalisation, TCA (the transaction cost analysis) and
born global. Further, the recommendation will have provided for placement process. Lastly,
report concluded about my experience for internship and the future career goals.

This report is being based on my internship in which I have learnt and experienced a lot at
that time I haves uses my skill and knowledge at the practical level. Also, I have worked for 6
months under the business analyst in reputed firm. Alsop, it has been analysed that there are well
experienced people are there in the company and have cooperative nature. According to the
Gibbs model of reflection I can express in the report on the basis of six major steps such as
description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan. This model is developed
in 1988 for giving the perfect structure of learning also it offers different types of framework
which are examine the experience in order to plan for further plan (Pecoraro, 2021).
The first stage is related to the description in which I can briefly explain what happed on
that time and I joined that’s firm. When I was in the third semester our college expected to start
internship in the reputed company so I have search a lot and there are several options given by
the college side. I applied and got selected for internship position under the business analyst, I
have keen interest in the business and in future I will start my own. Also, the place nearby from
home so it was convenient for me as well as there are more than 200 employees are work
together at one floor and all the work managed by HR manager, team leader and employees who
are on senior positive. There was functional organisation structure were followed by the
company. I was the only one who was selected for the organisation, at the first day one
presentation was given by the HR manager in order to briefly explains about the organisations
(Romriell, 2020). There are large number of people are working in the industry in UK as well as
nearby countries. All the rules and regulation were understood by me related to office timing,

This report is being based on my internship in which I have learnt and experienced a lot at

Here, I will express my feeling at that situation and how it can be impacted during the
internship, at the first day I was nervous because I never visited that’s kind of organisation
earlier. But I was quite happy after meet my senior who have explained me the work and divided
the work according to interest of people (Wickam, 2018). Also, all the interns are new so
everyone has their own personality to show towards the work. The first assignment was to collect
the data for past four years on the basis of construction company project. Then I work on the
assignment with starting from searching and discussed with other interns. I was stuck at some
period at that’s time my senior help me in further then I was able to completed the task. I have
submitted and get good reaction from senior. Also, they appreciate my work in front of others
also before starting the new task I was join the meeting in the board room that are explaining
their flow cart of doing the work and brief about the work. I feel satisfied by at that’s place and
the office timing is 9.00 am to 6.00 pm in which one hour for lunch break and half an hour tea
break. In the tea break all the employees are seated together and have their tea and gossip for
some period (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). At that time everyone gets feel free to
talk. Now I have realised that’s this was one of the biggest opportunity I have ever get and it help
in improving my skill and knowledge for the future.
The third stage is related to the evaluation; in which I will describe about my experience for
how much I was honest for my work. In this stage both the positive and negative aspect will be
explaining. In order to positive experience I have already discussed at the stage two and
furthermore I was build my skill such as time management, marketing skill etc. When I was in
college I was not punctual because I was lazy at that time then in the corporate sector I changed
my behaviour and manages the time accordingly (Saridakis, Idris, Hansen and Dana, 2019).
There are so many people who are likely to change after doing job also, the thigs were worked
well and good in fact the group member are able to produced good quality of work before
deadline. Also, there are 2 people in the group who are taking serous the project and work
according to their mood. So that I analysed that they are always disturb me while submitted the
project because of them they impacted negative on the senior because I was the leader. I
in order to provide them information related to my interest also I have signed on the papers
which are necessary for the intern. there were many interns who haves joined the firm from the
different colleges.

me in furthers organisation. The pandemic situations are not making us hopeless so I will join the
online courses for the digital marketing. It will cover all the related topics which are important
for the business purposes.

which I have learnt and experienced a lot, I was fresher for that place and still a lot of knowledge
and get best experience. I have realised about the perception of people and important it is for the

who are going to work in the same environment with the different responsibility. Further, I have
learnt about the strength and build the good relation with the everyone at the workplace. I
handled the assignment and completed on timer so that it helps in order to get placement for the

with people easily but now I improved the communication skill and it was help me for every
second of the projects. Overall, I would like to developing my knowledge with the same
organisations. I need to develop my digital skill because at some point I was lacks because I have

experience. There were many interns who have joined but I was the team leader and get good
opportunities for leading the team. It has been concluded that there are different types of
situation which are faced by the student during the internship. Also, but can be the great
opportunity which are helped in further knowledge. I was very bad at time management when I
was in college but later I have learnt a lot from the internship assignment there are so many
problems are faced by me because of miss management but afters get support of my senior I
have completely focused on the work.
The internship journey has contributed me in the life because there is the best experience
which I have ever get. There is great knowledge which I have learnt also it helps in further
process of job. At the time of fourth semester I completed, my internship and get placement from
same organisation. Further, the report concluded about the meaning of internalisations that is
related to the process by which the firm are expand the business outside the domestic market.
There re so many industries which airs help for the placement process in outside the country with
