Introduction
Successful multinational and domestic organizations both have one
thing in common; their communication strategies are well streamlined
ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
Effective communication is at the heart of every organization that
seeks growth and development that is also keen for expansion and
achieving competitiveness in their various markets (EduKart, 2013).
For better performance of different roles of management teams in an
organization, there must be efficient and effective communication.
Communication aids in planning, organization, controlling and even
motivation as basic roles of management.
Therefore, communication be it oral or written, formal or informal, is a
basic prerequisite for business enterprise (Ocasio and Joseph, 2017).

Non-electronic communication methods at Apple
Verbal communication is one form of non-electronic communication that is applied by Apple
Incorporation. Verbal communication involves one on one transmission of a message from the
sender to the intended receiver in a language that they can understand so that they can
generate feedback to that effect (Lemonnier, 2016).
Apple uses one on one interviews and formal discussions with its customers in the review process
of their products.
Face to face is another form of non-electronic communication strategy. When holding strategic
meetings with departmental heads and/or consumer-centered discussions such as focused
group discussions, Apple employs a face to face communication.
Invoice: This is a sales tool that lists all the items one is purchasing, their prices, a small description
of what service or product has been offered for sale, and the contact for the person receiving
the service or product (Pawelzik, 2017). Apple as a company trades a lot of products on cash
and/or credit hence the need to enter the details of the recipient and the sender for ease of
accountability.
Memorandum: This is another form of non-electronic communication at Apple Incorporation
even though it is an internal communication strategy which targets employees within the
organization and their departments. It is more of an agreement of a culture of behavior or
conduct within an organizational setting (Rogers and Valente, 2017).
Use of letters: In the use of letters as a means of communication, Apple Incorporation upholds
high standards of integrity bringing out the clarity of information with the required structuring,
clear guidelines on the ways a respondent is required to respond to the information in the letter
(Castillo, 2019).
