Informal conversation with the fashion industry CEO
Interviewer: Hello, how are you doing? My name is Robert. I heard a lot about your fashion
industry experience.
Interviewee: Hello Robert. I am fine. Tell me what you want to ask.
Interviewer: how you have started your career in this field. What skills are required for
achieving this much success. How someone can bring fame by getting positive reviews from
all the people around world.
Interviewee: u does not need anything. It just requires confidence and your dedication to
work in this field. For reaching to this stage, I did a lot of hard work. From the starting phase,
I was hardworking. The dedication has taken me to this stage.
Interviewer: suggest me about the simple word. What is fashion according to you? I have
seen many persons in fashion industry who are copying some or other person and not getting
success. What si the criteria for getting success or be a better person.
Interviewee: fashion is not about copying anyone. It is all about what you are wearing and
having confidence in that. In recent time, it is changing constantly and every person is
running to copy that fashion (Powers, 2015). If you want to be unique and recognisable in
this industry, then you have to create your own identity. It is not about being copying
someone style. However, you can follow some well-known fashion artist in order to gain
some knowledge about the good fashion sense. It is essential to know one thing that success
always comes from your guidelines and positive attitude. Therefore, it is essential to have the
positive attitude with each person you met.
Interviewer: How you have dress up in the starting of your career?
Interviewee: I always dress up well for looking presentable in the society. It is also essential
to understand what kind of dress is required to wear in which field and occasion.
Interviewer: what are the ethics or knowledge that is required to become CEO?
Interviewee- as a CEO, I always believe that it must have the capability to learn from the
experience of their past. It is true that mistakes happen whether you are employee or CEO.
