A distinction between the organization vision and mission will allow in gaining a better

the organizations.

Aristocrat Leisure Limited is an ASX100 listed company. It is known as one of the world’s
leading providers of gaming. The organization is licensed in 240 gaming authority and function
in 90 countries. They have a team of over 3000 employees delivering outstanding outcome by
forthcoming the limits of modernism, imagination and expertise. They began functioning in
1953. They have been driven by an aspiration to generate the world’s greatest gaming
experience. For which they offer a diverse range of products and services. This includes
electronic gaming machines, social gaming and casino management. They believe in remaining
grounded at heart by remaining committed to entertaining the world(Aristocrate,2017).
Fortescue Metals Group
Fortescue Metals Group is one of the global leaders in the iron ore industry. The brand is
recognized for its culture, novelty and industry-leading expansion of world class infrastructure
and mining assets in the Pilbara, Western Australia. The company was founded in 2003 has
exposed and urbanized main iron ore deposits and build a number of important mines in the
world. They are producing 165 – 170 million tonnes of iron ore per annum. Meanwhile the

Company has become a full-fledged largest global iron ore producer. It is focused on its vision of
becoming the safest, lowest and cost efficient and profitable iron ore producer. The company
includes four mine sites in the Pilbara(Fortescue, 2017).
A vision or mission statement
The vision of Aristocrat Leisure Limited is “To create the world's greatest gaming experience
every day". They understand the way in which the world is changing and implementing such
changes in order to gain cutting edge.
On the other hand, the vision of Fortescue Metals Group is “to be focused on being the safest,
lowest cost, most profitable iron ore producer”. For gaining competitiveness the company is
expanding its operations across borders.

in an effective way. The goals are specifically been mentioned in a better way. For the purpose
