Executive Summary
Employees are the main internal party to carry out the business operation in order to achieve its
vision, mission, and objectives in an organization. The human resource (HR) department has
the responsibility to optimize and organize employees’ effectiveness to their performance. In the
absence of a better HR unit, the organization cannot go for its goals due to a lack of
management to bring their employees to the relevant tasks of their operational cycle. Availability
of an effective HR department can improve their all-other sections in the organization by utilizing
HR functions such as recruitment, training, and development, performance evaluation, and
appraisals, HR policies such as employees inter complaining and communication system, and
working culture. Therefore, we can foresee HR department is a vital section in an organization
for their better performance on operations.
