organisation to conduct various activities though which employees get motivated. This will help

goals. The chosen company for this report is Cadbury. This organisation is dealing in
confectionery industry as well as providing different types of products to customers. Cadbury
company was established in 1824 and founder of this organisation was John Cadbury. This is one
of the well known company that is providing its products and services to different parts of
organisation. This report includes different roles of marketing, finance as well as human resource
function in a company. it includes in depth detail about collaborative working practices as well
as role of reporting and financial management within the business.
