manufactured are mostly cloths of women like jeans, denim jeans,etc.
In this module the company mother pearl is an fashion manufacturing which was founded
by Maia Norman. The company aims that 70% of the business will be with NO FRILLS in the
next few years. Currently Amy Pawney is the creative director of the company wants the
company to prepare an organic, ethical clothing collection with the 100% wool,100% alpaca and
few fabrics would get from the mills. Pawney focuses to give quality product print which are
stable in the U.K. The company creates brand loyalty with the help of sustainable, ethical and
traceable cloths for the customers. The company is more concerned about the society and the
environment that it tries to shorten its supply chain which will reduce the cost of the cloths to the
consumers and further it prepares the eco-friendly cloths which causes less damage to the
environment. The company started to manufacture the ethical cloths collect which was of 345
piece collection which includes T-shirts, cloth pieces for furthers manufacturing, etc(Chang,
2016).

manufactures are sourcing of the raw material from the near by farms which maintain their 100%
purity of the wool, alpaca and other fabrics which benefit the company to create brand loyalty in
the form of services which are served it customers. The company keeps its supply chain shorter
which benefits to reduce the cost of product and increases the demand of the product in the
market. Ethical manufacture creates the awareness among the consumers towards the product
which benefits the company to get capabilities for the competitive environment in the market. By
maintaining the nature of quality services to the customers the company builds relationship of
