INTRODUCTION
Health and social care are defined as those aspects and services which are provided by
any health worker to normal people. These are associated with performance of those activities
which are helpful in meeting social needs of society and individual and improving overall
standards of them as well (Hansson, Höög and Nyström, 2017). This case study is based on
Mr and Mrs Riley and a social worker Alicia Macfarlane. This report is demonstrating relative
tools in which interplay of engagement of client and practitioner is being enumerated. Besides
this discussion is being provided in respect of personal values and professional ethics which is to
be exerted.
MAIN BODY
1.An overview of and reflection in your chosen case study/scenario on the one-to
one working skills needed. This would be an interaction of how practitioner and customer
communicated with each other and reacted to each other.
This is highly imperative for a medical practitioner that they inhale prominent
interpersonal skills so that to efficiently deal with their patients. In this manner management
tools can be used which is helpful to gain proper insight over interpersonal communication in
effective manner. This is assisting clients of social worker so that to manage their functions in
primal way and in the same aspect objectives can be met and proficiency can be defined. These
skills are imperative to be improved in manner so that objectives can be aligned in direct manner.
In the context of the current case study of Morris, this can be clearly observed that Morris is the
one who is taking care of his wife and he is facing several issues in completing various chores as
condition of his wife is deteriorating. Personal communication is helpful for Jenny to establish
communication in effective way so that to manage personal time can be managed accordingly.
This is being analysed that Jenny is not able to perform her regular chores in effective manner.
This is being seen that it is imperative to manage social worker practices in such a way that
benefits to society can be provided (Bauer and et. al, 2017). This is essential for an individual
that they identify their roles and responsibilities as according to needs. This is being observed
that there are various functions which are requisite to be performed by an individual so that to
incline to roles and responsibilities.

Ethics are playing essential role in managing the business in such a way that objectives
can be attained in which business functions can be performed. This is helpful in meeting needs

Understand problem: This is regarded as the major aspect which is required to followed
by managers in appropriate manner. This is regarded as the liability of meeting business
functions in which overall needs can be addressed. This is helpful to meet various expectations
which is being exerted by clients (Iacobucci, 2020).
Formal behaviour: This is recognised that for a person who is engaged in field of
medical is required to perform business functions in a way that needs of their clients can be met.
This is helping in providing objectives in appropriate way so that appropriate suggestions can be
rendered to clients which they are desired for. Besides this it is also helpful in performing
business roles that are inclined with needs.
Mention the difference between personal values and professional ethics
Personal values: These values are defined as the functions which are associated with
utilising effective tools that are being managed by people and situations so that routine life in
appropriate manner. These are linked with managing effective functions so the aligned objectives
can be attained and business functions can be managed as well. This is also liked with attaining
effective functions and this is helpful in dealing with objectives in direct manner.
Professional ethics: These are those business functions which are performed by manage
in order to achieve a person must adhere to in respect of their interactions and business dealings
in their professional life (Cigarini and et. Al, 2018). These are used to meet all those function and
performing business objectives according to needs. This will also decrease business performance
according to needs.

CONCLUSION
From the above report this can be concluded that there are number of skills which are
required to be performed by a social worker and medical practitioner. This is going to help the
society in order to undertake their needs and demands in primal manner. These aspects are
helping an individual to perform in such a manner that requirements of their client can be
fulfilled in appropriate manner. Besides this it is helpful in aligning to roles and delegation
which is made in such a way that equivalent needs can be fulfilled.
