weights advantages whereas lack of coordination is one of the crucial drawback of this
organizational structure. Furthermore in flat organizational structure it contains low layers that
increases the chances of appropriate flow of communication in which autonomy as well as

managers take utilization of the interaction and communication with having clarity and
clear form in accordance to encourage and increase the moral of their workers. Relation to
