Moreover, the issues being faced by them in the recenttime in due course of their operation are also being discussed in this report. The growth strategyof Westpac from their initial stage to the present time is being analyzed along with identifyingthe corporate strategies being initiated by them. This report also discussed about the internalenvironments of them in order to determine the threats and opportunities. This, report concludesthat, Westpac is being considered as one of the major banking institutions in Australia and NewZealand. Moreover, it is also being found that, though, they have faced various issues in therecent time, but due to their heritage, they are being able to maintain their reputation andgoodwill in the market.
