IntroductionNestle is a business concern which is considered as a Swiss transnational food & drinkcompany and it is headquartered in Vevey, Vaud, Switzerland. It was founded by Henri Nestle inthe year around 1866. almost 152 years ago. Moreover, it is considered as largest food companyat global level in order to provide various products such as baby food, coffee, dairy goods,breakfast cereals, confectionery, bottled water, ice- cream and many more (DARZENTAS,2016). The present report will focus on mission, vision, values and operations of Nestle alongwith SWOT analysis . It will also include roles of employees and training requirements forachieving desired goals of the company. It is presently operating inaround 12 segments of consumer goods market such as baby foods, bottled water, cereals, candy,coffee, prepared & packaged foods, dairy, drinks, food services, health & nutrition, ice creamand pet care. It involves to garb more customers in market which facilitate to gain better profitshare in appropriate way. Size & structure – The nestle company is operating at global level by serving variousproduct to people in order to fulfil their different needs, wants and demands properly. There arearound 323000 staff members who are working on regular basis to conduct operational activitiesor procedures in proper way. However, it has approximately 447 factories and operates in 194countries. Moreover, they have hierarchical organisational structure from top to bottom insequence of National manager, Zonal manager, regional manager the sales administrationexecutive & area sales manager and then tertiary in-charges and at last, sales distribution staff.GoalsIt includes to purchase as efficiently as possible and provide education to customersabout product on regular basis (Deka and Roychoudhury, 2016). It involves to determine vendors in order to meet internal customer's needs at reasonableprices and process documentation within reasonable time frames.1
