Summary of Changes
There are certain changes that have been incorporated in this assignment to enhance the
quality of the formal letter. The changes have strived to improve the meaning conveyed by the
letter. The changes have strived to make the letter concise, lucid and comprehensible. The
convoluted and unclear language have been revised to include lucid language that can address
the needs and problems of Mr. Brogol and verbalize the norms of the company. In order to make
the customer understand the problem of rust, this revised letter, in a very polite manner,
addresses this issue. The changes in sentence construction and replacement of words have been
incorporated with the purpose of assigning to the letter a formal, informative as well as polite
tone and manner. These changes in use of words and tone assists in granting the request of the
customer by throwing light on the company.

We need to modify the production schedule to incorporate changes. Recent tests have found that
