Abstract
In this research, the topic chosen is “Investigation of challenges, opportunities and growth
strategies in micro and small enterprises”. The case study chosen is “Honey production in
Shewa and Gojam regions of Ethiopia”. In the introduction part, different the research
problem and purpose of the study is discussed. Moreover, the background of the study is also
described. This has helped to form the aims and objectives of the research.
In the literature review section, different information was collected from various relevant
literatures. This information is presented under different themes. Different theories are also
discussed in this part of the study. The methodology part of the study contains different
methods of data collection and analysis. Survey of the respondents is done for collecting data.
The findings are presented in a table format and different challenges and opportunities are
discussed. The conclusion part contains implication of the findings and future research
scopes. Recommendation is also given to mitigate the problem mentioned in the research.
