professional manner. Thus, it is important for me to learn effective communication skills in order

underlined by me that I also lack in team working skill that affect me to perform my roles and
responsibilities in group presentations and team. This skill will affect me in both personal as well
as professional context through which I can face future as well as present challenges in number

In order to develop my technical skills I will enrol myself in technical classes and workshop.

this I will also undertake use of Technical works and volunteers for technical project in order to
learn this skill. Further I will subscribe myself to technical magazines and technical sites and also
developed a second language. It is one of the most effective measure through which I can
enhance my capability to get my dream jobs. On the other hand in order to learn communication
skill I will take distance of my subordinate’s seniors, along with this I also take use of
technology and online communication classes. I will also engage myself in group presentation
and assignment in order to improve my communication skills in effective manner. While at last
in order to improve my team working skills I will perform my roles and responsibilities in a
team, manage my time, effectively take assistance of my subordinates and seniors and take
advantage of collaboration tools in order to learn the skill in an effective manner.
