Research topic: Is job satisfaction in multinationals enterprise is similar across countries?
INTRODUCTION
Job satisfaction refers to a person's feeling of satisfaction on the job, which acts as a
motivation to work. It is not the self-satisfaction, happiness or self-contentment but the
satisfaction on the job. In this person who is working in an organization has better relationship
with their employer and also because of this they are satisfied of their job. It is really important
that multi-national firms are been involved in increasing satisfaction level of employees in order
to reduce down the labour turnover. It has also been analysed that job satisfaction among the
various firms all around the world is same. For multi-national organization, employee
belongingness is must and this can only be created when workers are been satisfied. Present
report will lay emphasis on various methods that has been used for collecting the information. It
will also lay focus on the literature review for the subject matter.
Aim:
“To analyze if job satisfaction in multinationals enterprise is similar across countries”

To evaluate the ways adopted by multinational organisations in different countries for
increasing job satisfaction (Kampkötter, 2017)
To analyse the various benefits of creating job satisfaction in multinational firm
To assess the impact of job satisfaction in productivity of employees

employees
