Availability of a website is a very important property that organizations/individuals
always consider before making decisions on which server to host their websites. The availability
of a website means the accessibility of the website or uptime of the website, which in most cases
is related to the uptime of the web server used for hosting the website, it is normally given in
percentage. In this section, we shall look at a few ways that can enable the availability of a
website for the organization using windows server 2016.
Windows server 2016 has various features that the company can utilize to enhance the
availability of its website. The organization can use Internet Information Service (IIS) generic
resource monitor provided by the host to monitor its components, this will ensure high uptimes.
However, this solution requires some scripting to realize its potential. As such, the organization
should customized scripts to increase the availability of its website. By this, the company will
have full control over their website’s high availability integration. The IIS latest version offers a
richer environment than its earlier versions.
The organization can also ensure high uptime for their website by a careful evaluation of
the use of their Network Load Balance. This is the most recommended strategy for increasing not
only the availability but also the scalability of the website (Potter, Luciani, Eddy, Park, Lopez
and Finn, 2018, pp. 200-204). One of the advantages of this method is that it enables all servers
to actively contribute to simultaneously handle an incoming HTTP request. Therefore, it has
promising outcome when carefully used by the organization.
The impacts of employees on information security of the organization

Human beings are the weakest link of information security in any organization thus it
may considerably impact the security system of the organization. Boulton (2017) states that
many security experts suggest that the biggest risk to the information security is the negligence
of organization employees for their duty to ensure security to the system. Additionally, an
individuals may also get overwhelmed by difficulties in reinforcing the security system.
We are all human beings and we are subject to mistakes. However, a plethora of some
individuals may take advantage of the simple mistakes which can lead to a tremendous financial
loss in a business. However, this can be mitigated by reinforcing training and awareness to
employees (Aldawood and Skinner, 2018, pp.62-68). Some organizations can implement
technological solution without this, however, it is very likely for the organizations not to realize
the full value of their spending in the technological mitigation strategies. Along with that, policy
enforcement will also reduce the risks as it governs employees operations. Thus, utilizing it may
reduce the security risk in the organization.
The windows 2016 server audit tools and how they can be used by the organization to
monitor and analyze the web server and email server problems
Windows server auditing is one of the tasks which are most demanding and time
consuming. There are a few windows server 2016 tools that can help the organization to monitor
