Description of the issues discussed in assessment 2 This article will lay emphasises on the solutions of all such issues of the the Asylum seekers who are being detained in the processing centres. Even though they are getting good advices from Health professionals. As One of the issue which was discussed earlierthe improper treatmentprovided to them which is one of the major concern of Asylum seekers (Sen, 2016). In recent time, there has been rise in problem relating to this issue andnegatively impacted on their health.Physical and mental healthis alsoone of the major issue which always been at the forefront in detention of the Asylum seekers. This issue has been caused due to the the detention of the refugees as a large group who requires proper attention and individual care of the health professions. Also, one more issue is been discussed which is Lack offood availabilityand also lack of nutrient value in providing the eatables which is required the most. As the refugees had to go through many challenges during the while fleeing from their origin countries. so they need to be treated well served with the proper meals. The health professional are been not able to treat refugees according to the mental and physical health status may be because of their cross cultural or language differences. These differences may arise a problem of miscommunication between the health care professionals and Asylum seekers who come from different religions. Also, There are many issues faced by the nurses and health care professionals at the time of providing care to refugee. The main barrier was identifiedhuman rightsto asylum seekers. Since, early 1990's Asylum seekers in UK have been made subject to an increasing array of restrictions on the basic rights of refugees. So asylums seekers had to face many restrictions in detention centres which results in raised issues of refugees being detained in processing centres. Furthermore, in order to resolve such issues various solutions are been provided which mainly supports the humanity in the form of the rights to asylum seekers. These solutions may helps in many ways as refugees belongs to the different regions, so in order to overcome the mental pressure and traumatic situations of the refugees, they need to be treated well and also need to provided proper medications by the health care professions (Goodman And et.al., 2018). For the sake of the humanity in the world, it needs lot of changes in the system of detaining the asylum seekers in processing systems. Solutions for resolving such issues of the Asylum seekers who are being detained in processing centres for the long time, in-spite of good advice from the health professions. So here are some ways to overcome the challenges. 1
Ways to resolve challenge Improper treatmentcan be resolved by eliminating the cultural and Language problem can be termed as one of the major reason behind unethical behaviour of treating the refugees. So one of the best solution to the problem is issues faced by the health care practitioners. It causes lack of interpretation between the refugees and also nurses. So there is a need to hire an interpreter who can communicate the actual mental and health status of the refugees to heath care practitioners. As Refugees may have been exposed to physical and mental trauma where it might be possible that they may had to suffer various challenges. Due to the different perspective and understanding of the illness concept, they do not get treated according to the medical needs of refugees.Interpreter will helps ion eliminating the issue of improper treatment to ill refugees. However, it may raise financial problem among the government of the host country. Hiring of the middle person for properly communicating all the physical and mental health illness of an individual may helps in resolving the problem of better treatment to refugees. It is very important to resolve this issue because it helps in improving the health conditions of the asylum seekers who are being detained in processing centres (Crepet and et.al., 2017). Asylum seekers are detained in processing system for maintaining their proper health and physical health after they suffered from a big traumatic situation. For Refugees, who do not declare themselves as a statutoryauthority,sothefearofdetentionmaydiscourageaccesstohealthservice. Undocumented migrants are may be referred as a force migrant who are unable to claim for the asylums are thus do not get proper medication and health care. Also, healthcare professional working in asylum centres had repeatedly called for action to improve health care facilities for refugees. To resolve the issues ofHuman Rights,European Court for human right has repeatedly heldaconstitutionthatguaranteestheconventiononhumanrightsofAsylumseekers. Restrictions on the asylum seeker rights can be justified by the introduction of the Article6. This lead to the introduction of the Fast-track procedure for the non responsive appeal of rights to the Asylum seekers who are being detained and processed in detention centres (Overcrowded detention Centres,2017). Also, Asylum act of 1999 states the treatment of Claimants. The introduction of the Governmental law leads to the solution of human rights issue among Asylum seekers. The solution to provide thebetter food and proper mealsto asylum seekers who are being detained in the processing centres can be resolved by implementing Section 55 of the Nationality and Asylum Act 2002.as the large number of Asylum seekers were made destitute without money and they are also unable to claim for the asylum within 24 hours. So this issue leads to the proper solution in 2005, as the decision court had come up with the implementation of a law. This leads to the destitution for the asylum seekers in which standards were stated in response to the inhuman and degraded treatment to asylum seekers. Also, this lead to the proper food facilities and timely meals to the asylum seekers who are detained in processing centres. This solution of this problem resulted towards the declaration of UDHR (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) in which the refugees have a right to seek and enjoy the Asylum in other country. One of the the major solution to the problem to estimate thephysical and mental health status of the refugees, is toPharmacotherapy has has been given according to the biological factors of the individual Refugee. Some ethnic groups could have responded to their predictable behaviour which may vary according to the gender, enzymatic and dietary differences of the Asylums. Also better tools are provided in order to estimate the prevalences of the mental disorder as well as to access the needs of the local refugee population (Shawyer and rt.al., 2017). community-based approaches been forced for understanding and increasing the knowledge and awareness to mental health issues of Asylums which have major supported the contribution towards the adjusting their lives in hist country. The prospect of indefinite detention and inadequate care could contribute towards deterioration of their mental health. 3
