With the changes in technologies and ramified economic growth, each and every
organization is inclined towards using the advance technologies and system process to keep tis
business ahead from those of others in industry. The advance and innovative technologies assists
in developing effective outcomes and creating core competency in product differentiation
leadership strategy. It is analyzed that all the strategic decisions are taken by the managers with
a view to strengthen the overall outcomes and efficiency of the business in long run. It is
analyzed that information technology is the key enabler to strengthen the overall satisfaction
level of clients and improving the overall functioning of organization. This assignment focuses
on the aftermath of incorporating technologies and system process in the Woolworths Company
and how it has resulted to alteration in organization’s management aspects.
Description of company
It is major Australian company which is indulged in offering the extensive retail interest
group operating its business in Australia and New Zealand. It is the biggest retail store
organization. The current share price of Woolworths is traded at WOW (ASX) A$ 28.54 +0.30
(+1.06%) which reflects 30% high increment in its share price since last three years. Currently
company adopted the cyber computing enterprises resources planning in its business system to
establish automation in its value chain activities and extend its business units to cover online
business functions.

With the changes in time, information technology is vastly becoming a key lever which
management could use to deliver the operational benefits by reducing the costing of the process,
