The role of Information Technology in human resource management, is essential part that
provide better services to customers through connecting with personal process that helps in
formulating strategic in effective manner (Than, Le and Le, 2021). HRM is referred as a
procedure in which hiring, recruiting, selection exercises are performed in order to select right
candidate for required position. The IT in HRM plays significant role in order to facilitate
organization function in accordance to implement effective strategy to make innovation and
growth opportunities to business. In order to used information technology for improvising
overall talent management in organization determines business culture, estimate and improves
workers satisfaction stage in organization for boosting performance and productivity of
organization in effective manner. The company is Tesco, that is located in UK and provide
several products and services to their customer. Its main purpose is to sell more and more
products and services through online facilities in order to enhance customer and satisfies their
needs and desires. They operate more than 2,318 stores in world as retailer company. It targets is
to enhance organization on huge level by targeting more customers of each age group. The Tesco
recent organization performance is measured by their high turnover of approximate fifty-three
British pounds by which their performance is increased in recent years more. The business uses
IT system of digital receipt through which they make and provide to customer without
determining any inconvenience to them that is formulating for human resource management.

in positive approach as they raise employee affectivity and quality of work through boost
performance by recruiting right candidate through IT in effective manner as they provide various
