Part 1: Introduction about the Kathmandu
Being one of the most significant global corporate establishment, Kathmandu Holdings
Limited is one of the oldest and reputed commercial business which provides wide range of
services in terms of retails, outdoor equipment for men, kids and women. Innovation and
providing services according to the needs and expectation of the consumers are the primary
organizational target of this commercial establishment. The wide range of service offered by this
organization is very much beneficial for both the national as well as for the international tourists
of New Zealand. This commercial establishment have an exotic delivery system and this
organization provides huge discounts to their loyal consumers (Kathmandu.co.nz. 2019).
International shipping services are the other significant chapter of this commercial
establishments which runs mainly using emerging technologies like big data technology and
cloud based services. Hassle free returns of the products is possible using emerging technologies
like big data technologies. Being one of the most reputed e-commerce organization, Kathmandu
have a very complicated IT infrastructure in terms of the software and hardware used by this
business. This commercial establishment have numerous subsidiary organizations who works for
this establishment over a period of time.
The infrastructure of Kathmandu will be discussed in the ensuing section of this report
