libraries) and newer network-based storage technologies like storage area networks (SANs).
Networking and telecommunication platform: Novell, Windows server operating systems, UNIX
and Linux and utilises TCP/IP protocol for data transmission.
Internet platforms: Internet infrastructure involves services, hardware and software to manage
corporate Web sites, intranets, and extranets, consisting of Web hosting services and Web soft-
ware application development tools.
Consulting and system integration services : It consist of legacy system having new technology
and infrastructure as well as helps in making changes in business processes, training, and soft-
ware integration .
