It is very essential for each and every person to follow a healthy lifestyle because
then only they will be able to live a long life. Now-r-days, people are getting
attracted to junk food more and are avoiding healthy food completely so in this
assignment a campaign will be designed through which healthy and effective
lifestyle will be promoted .
It is well known that health is wealth so if a person is having a healthy mind and
body then they are considered as the happiness person in the whole world. So,
people should try to avoid eating fast foods and leave all the bad habits as well so
that their health can be maintained.

Matter: It is very necessary for all the individuals to maintain a healthy
lifestyle and keep themselves away from all the bad habits which can harm
their body in various manner. They are required to undertake following habits:
Go for a walk on daily basis.
Avoid Smoking as it can cause Cancer
Do not eat Tobacco or drink Alcohol as it affects the body parts of an
individual in severe manner.
Do Yoga and meditation on regular basis as it helps people in become fit and
active.
