A. Create an annotated hierarchical organizational chart illustrating at least 10
individuals in six various roles in the IT departmental structure and processes to
meet the needs outlined in the attached “TreasureChest Case Study,” including the
type of resources (e.g., full-time employees (FTEs), outsourcing, contracting,

Location: TreasureChest, Paris.
TreasureChest is seeking to expand its marketing professional service technology and
software by assisting firm to more effectively manage the engagement of the clients' lifecycle
through purposely built professional service platforms cut across client's development, client
delivery, and business acceptance. The main focus of our strategy is to leverage our applications,
data capabilities, and automation in order to deliver end to end problem-solving activities
(Liebowitz 2015). This will go a long way in assisting the firm to deliver to client engagement
with unmatched acceleration to profitable growth, a realization of more revenues, and improved
client's success by means of collaboration and transparency. The main differentiating factor in
treasure chests strategy is to have business intelligence platforms that aim at providing greater
ideas to the executive team, versed with actionable Productive Analysis and Actionable while
offering support to what-if-scenarios (Fatima, 2017). This position has the responsibility of
driving the overall product requirement and product lifecycle for TreasureChest Business
Intelligence.
Summary of the role components and its overall benefit to the organization
We are therefore looking for an exceptional Product Manager to be incorporated in our
team and that will play an important role to scale to various and user personas, build, and bring
new product lines to the market and to the professional service industry. This encompasses
business analysis, understanding various customers and their key performance indicators,
